Our scope included extensive groundworks, drainage and utility diversions, all within a constrained, high-risk healthcare environment. Works were carefully phased around critical hospital operations, with real-time coordination ensuring 24/7 access was maintained for emergency services. The project demonstrated our ability to deliver technically demanding infrastructure in sensitive settings, with safety, environmental performance, and community impact at the forefront of our delivery approach.
